RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-Returnable

Due to the consumable nature of these products, it cannot be returned.

However, in an exceptional case that you receive a damaged, defective, or different item, we will issue a refund/ credit note or a free replacement, as appropriate. Before granting a refund/credit note or replacement, we may contact you to determine the extent of the damage or defect in the product. For more info, please find below our detailed returns policy.

  1. A return will be processed only if the following conditions are met:
  • The product was not damaged while in your possession;
  • The product is identical to what was shipped to you;
  • The product is returned in its original packaging (including the brand’s/box/packaging, MRP tag, invoice, user manual, warranty card, etc.)
  1. Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled. In some situations, including cases when customer’s buy by mistake, such as erroneous model or color of goods ordered or incorrect product ordered, products may not be eligible for return.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

  • We currently accept only prepaid orders not COD. Orders INR 499 and over qualify for Free Shipping Offer.
  • We strive to deliver your favorite home décor items as quickly as possible, but this may not always be the same day you place your order. Please allow a minimum of 3 business days to process your order in general. If a longer lead time is expected, we will inform you. Please contact us at www.elen.in/contact-us/ with any questions you may have about the lead time on a certain item.
  • You will receive your order anywhere from 4-10 business days (depending on your location) from the date that it is shipped out not the date the order is placed
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Saturday after 12 pm or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
  • Once you’ve placed an order, make sure to check your email. If you don’t receive the email, please go to your spam folder to see if it’s there.
